This is a real review! Can’t say better about Jason and Drying Tech. Not gonna lie this was causing a lot of stress for the family. If you want to work with folks you can trust, who’ll charge you what it really costs to fix your mold issues call Jason at Drying Tech. Great experience and if I have any issues I know who I’m calling first!!!

James Buck arrived within hours of my call , inspected our basement issues, and laid out the next steps in detail. Alejandro and Severo (last names not recorded) arrived promptly, set up, cleaned up, and packed out —all on schedule, completely professionally, and with courtesy. Within days of our damage, we had a pristine crawl space; never cleaner. We highly recommend Drying Tech.

Drying Tech was very responsive and professional to work with when I needed an estimate (especially when another company had ghosted us and they were able to fit us in to their busy schedule!). Jason was great in answering questions and with providing a timely quote.

Jason was the first person who came to assess my home when the pipe burst. It was awful and I was discouraged to say the least he was so positive and was willing to answer all my questions. Jason and his team did a great job in my home. Hopefully I never need them again but if I do I know who to call.

My man nic came and fixed my toilet when it was overflowing in under in hour. A real life saver would call again.

I had my basement flood a couple weeks ago, not knowing what to do, I called Nic and he came within the hour a fully fixed it. He truly helped me in my time of need when I didn’t know where else to go, highly recommend!

We hired Drying Tech recently due to a water leak. Jason, Severo, and the entire team were outstanding. From the moment Jason arrived, the team was thorough in their inspection and acted immediately to mitigate further damage. Beyond their technical expertise, they were reassuring and sympathetic during what was an emotionally challenging time for us. Jason truly went above and beyond by checking in on our progress and connecting us with local contractors for our ongoing repairs. Having dealt with a similar situation using a different company in the past, I can say that the experience with Drying Tech was night and day. The professionalism and attention to detail far exceeded our previous experiences. I will certainly recommend Drying Tech to my friends and family. While I hope we won't require their services again soon, it is a relief to know that such a reliable team is available.
